In this introductory meditation we initially take an effortless journey through the set up of meditation. We learn a cleansing technique which readies us for meditation.
We do various techniques to make this journey as easy as it could be including relaxation techniques, and then we focus on healing present day bumps in the road followed by a healing meditation and studies.
Our meditation session closes with a very in-depth environmental cleansing and closing technique.
