This program is hands-on and personal. Each week, you’ll dive into a new theme, with practical exercises and real conversations. You’ll discover the patterns that keep you stuck and the strengths you didn’t even know you had. We’ll talk about the real stuff—like how to set boundaries without guilt, how to listen to your intuition, and how to make choices that actually feel good.
Each week, you’ll get attendance to a one and a half hour session online. You’ll find out about your feelings, spot the patterns, and learn how to shift them. You’ll also connect with a small group of women who are on the same path—so you’ll never feel alone. By the end of the six weeks, you’ll understand your own Feeling Blueprint— that shows you how to navigate stress, make decisions with confidence, and create a life that feels true to you.
